How to increase the Server Timeouts in MS Outlook 2010

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2010
  2. On the File menu click Account Settings
  3. Choose the E-Mail Account where you want to increase the Server Timeout and click on More Settings
  4. Click on the Advanced Tab
  5. Under Server Timeouts move the slider to a longer timeout
