- In the main menu tool bar click on the `Tools` option and then on `Options` from the `Tools` menu
- Now the Options window will pop-up
- Click on the Spelling tab
- Under General Options tick the checkbox next to `Always check spelling before sending`
- Click on OK
- Check spelling before sending is now active
